President Buhari can be the best president in the history of Nigeria, 8 months before he retires. And it is very simple. All he needs to do is throw his weight behind Peter Obi and Yusuf Datti.
If Buhari can help give Nigerians Obi and Datti, in gratitude later, Nigerians will forgive him all his sins.
There is no doubt that Buhari himself knows that Obi & Datti is the solution to Nigeria’s problem, because Obi and Datti will set Nigeria on the track of progress and development.
But if the president does not know this, he has around him, many reliable, learned people who can explain it to him. The Vice President, Prof. Yemi Osinbajo, for instance, is there. He can explain it to the president.
If I were Buhari, I will take the opportunity, and the good name, and retire and go and rest.
