#EndSARS: Nigerian youths raise N2.3m for one-legged protester

Jane Erica, the one-legged #EndSARS protester in Surulere, Lagos is on her way to rehabilitation after funds amounting to N2.3 million was raised for her instantly for a prosthetic leg.

Several commentators who responded to the story posted on the social media today, October 18, 2020, were touched for such spirit of camaraderie among Nigerian youths:

“The complete story: So, Nigerians decided to raise funds for prosthetic leg for her – within hours, the fund target was surpassed,” a commentator wrote.
